Cancellation and booking conditions for sauna reservations: Cancellations: Reservations can be cancelled no later than 7 days before the reserved date. Office fee: We charge a €10 office fee for cancellations. Late cancellations: If cancellations are made less than 7 days before the reserved date, the payment is non-refundable. Serving area: Laanilan Kievari sauna area is a serving area.
